AIDA64 January Update
OpenCL GPGPU Stress Test
A new OpenCL-based multi-threaded GPU and APU stressing module for the AIDA64 System Stability Test, using GPGPU computational tasks. Support for AMD CrossFireX, AMD DualGraphics and nVIDIA SLI configurations with simultaneous stressing of all available GPU and APU devices. Mixed configurations (e.g. AMD GPU + nVIDIA GPU), multi-GPU video adapters, OpenCL-capable IGPs, and next-generation AMD “Trinity” APUs are also fully supported.
Automatic Online Update
Automatized online update process to help keeping AIDA64 always up-to-date. Configurable update checking frequency with optional update package backup to local folder. Weekly AIDA64 beta updates are available with an ever growing hardware database that now holds over 137.000 devices.
Next-generation Intel processors and chipsets support
Optimized benchmarks for Intel Atom 2000 Series “Cedarview” processors, for the upcoming Intel Core i3/i5/i7 “Ivy Bridge” desktop and mobile APUs, and for the upcoming Intel Xeon E5 Series “Sandy Bridge-EP” server and workstation processors. Detailed chipset information for Intel 7-Series “Panther Point” and Intel C600 “Patsburg” motherboard chipsets.
AIDA64 benchmarks and System Stability Test utilize Advanced Vector Extensions (AVX) and AES-NI hardware acceleration of the new Intel processors.
ACPI 5.0 and OpenCL 1.2 support
ACPI table information now implements full support for ACPI 5.0 specifications. Extended table details for APIC, ASF, BERT, FACP, FACS, HPET, MCFG, RSDT, SLIC, SPMI, SPTT, WAET, XSDT tables. GPGPU information is available for Direct3D Compute Shader, AMD Stream, nVIDIA CUDA, and OpenCL devices, now with APP SDK 2.6, CUDA 4.1 and OpenCL 1.2 updates.
