Trial versions

You can download and try our products for 30 days free of charge. A thorough product evaluation is strongly recommended to ensure that you buy a program you will be satisfied with.

AIDA64 Extreme and AIDA64 Engineer are downloadable from our website as free trials. During the trial period these product offer limited functionality. To evaluate AIDA64 Network Audit and AIDA64 Business you need to request a free test license, which allows you to test the fully functional product for 30 days.

After the expiry of the 30-day evaluation period, the product will stop working, and you will need to purchase a product license to continue using it and unlock all its capabilities. To convert an evaluation version to a fully functional licensed product you will need to enter the registration key that you receive after purchasing a license. You do not need to reinstall the product to activate it.

How does the license work

All our software packages, including their user manuals and other associated documentation, are supplied under license from FinalWire Ltd. It is very important that you understand that FinalWire software are not sold. Instead, FinalWire grants you the right to use its products through the product license and a License Agreement between you and FinalWire.

When you purchase a product license, you are provided with a registration key for you to access the full, unlimited use of the product; and you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, thereby becoming the Licensee of the Licensed Software.

Purchasing a product license

You can purchase a product license by clicking on the ”Buy Now” button on the toolbar in the software. It will direct you to the AIDA64 Online Store that you can also access from the AIDA64 Website.

As soon as your payment for the product license is confirmed by our online reseller cleverbridge AG, you will receive a Product Registration E-mail with your registration key for the product you have purchased. In order to assure you properly receive the Product Registration E-mail, it is very important that you enter your e-mail address correctly during the purchase process.

By purchasing the product license and entering the registration key in your trial version to activate it, you will no longer get nag screens, and the product will unlock all its capabilities. You will also get a support & maintenance period of one year.

Before purchasing a product license, it is recommended to first check the system requirements of the product.

Unlocking the trial version

To convert a trial product to a fully working licensed product you need to enter your registration key that you receive in your Product Registration E-mail after purchasing a license. You do not need to reinstall the product to activate it.

Support & maintenance period

Your purchase of the product license entitles you to technical support, upgrades and updates of the product at no additional cost for a year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Extended licenses with 2 or 3 years of support & maintenance period are also available. After the support & maintenance period expires, you will need to purchase an upgrade license to continue using those benefits. However, the last version of the product will remain fully functional after the maintenance period is expired.

FinalWire provides support via e-mail, the AIDA64 Discussion Forum, and the information on this website. FinalWire does not offer technical support via telephone or live chat.

License variants

We make our products available with different licenses:

1. AIDA64 Extreme License
This license is intended for home use and permits a single user to install and use the product on up to 3 computers.

2. AIDA64 Network Audit and AIDA64 Business License
This is a business license that permits the product to be used on the local network of a company or institution on a given number of PCs. It only allows the use of the product on computers in the possession of the company or institution.

3. AIDA64 Engineer License
This business license permits a single corporate engineer or IT technician to install and use the product on an unlimited number of computers within the company. It also allows a freelance computer specialist to provide services to his/her clients.

Lost product registration key

If you have purchased a product license, and due to technical difficulties you do not receive our Product Registration E-mail; or you cannot find the registration key due to a computer failure; or your e-mail address is no longer valid or changed, please send an e-mail to sales@aida64.com. In your request please provide the following information about you and your purchase:

  • Company (if applicable)
  • Full name
  • E-mail address
  • Purchased product
  • Approx. date of the purchase

We recommend you to backup your registration key by printing the Product Registration E-mail we send you after your purchase.

Money back guarantee

In the case you feel your purchase does not meet your needs or expectations, please try the following steps:

  • Browse through our Knowledge Base (FAQ) where you may be able to find an answer or solution that helps you better utilize the product to your satisfaction.
  • Visit the AIDA64 Discussion Forum where other AIDA64 users who may have been in the same situation will be able to help you out.
  • Contact our support team with a detailed description of your issue and your hardware and software configuration.

If even after trying the above solutions you are still unable to use the product to your satisfaction, please consider issuing a refund request.

Refund policy

FinalWire offers a 30-day 100% money back guarantee on all product purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with our products or our customer service, you may want to request a full refund.

To do so, simply submit your request along with your order details to FinalWire Customer Service within 30 days of your purchase. We cannot grant refunds more than 30 days after your purchase.
