Even if I type the purchased or trial product key in AIDA64, installed with the EXE package, it fails to activate. What can I do?

When activated, AIDA64 creates a file called pkey.txt, in which it stores the encrypted license key. If you do not run the software as administrator, it is unable to create the file. Run AIDA64 with administrator privileges, or use the portable ZIP package.
