AIDA64 stores its configuration across several INI files, optional history files, and certain Windows Registry keys.
To preserve your settings, benchmarks, and profiles, you should back up both the configuration files and the relevant registry entries.

Note: Not all AIDA64 editions use all of the files listed below, some files are only present if the corresponding feature is available and used in that edition.

Main Configuration Files

These are located in the AIDA64 installation folder (by default, C:\Program Files (x86)\FinalWire\AIDA64 or a custom location if portable).

Some settings, including certain window positions, layouts, and last-used states, are stored in the registry:
